We want you to love what you order from Raahz. Every product is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if there is any issue with your order, we’re here to help.



✅ Eligible Returns & Exchanges



We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:


  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received an incorrect item




⏱️ Return / Exchange Request Window



  • Requests must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery
  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted




🔁 Size Exchange Policy



  • Size exchanges are allowed once, subject to stock availability
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
  • Size exchanges are not applicable on discounted or clearance items



Please refer carefully to the size chart before placing your order to avoid exchange delays.



❌ Non-Returnable Items



The following are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Items showing signs of wear, wash, or alteration
  • Size issues where an exchange has already been used
  • Requests raised beyond the eligible time window




💳 Refunds



  • Refunds are applicable only for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timelines depend on the payment provider and usually take 5–7 business days




🚚 Reverse Pickup



  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your location
  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may be requested to self-ship the product
