RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love what you order from Raahz. Every product is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if there is any issue with your order, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- You received an incorrect item
⏱️ Return / Exchange Request Window
- Requests must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery
- Requests raised after this period may not be accepted
🔁 Size Exchange Policy
- Size exchanges are allowed once, subject to stock availability
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
- Size exchanges are not applicable on discounted or clearance items
Please refer carefully to the size chart before placing your order to avoid exchange delays.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items showing signs of wear, wash, or alteration
- Size issues where an exchange has already been used
- Requests raised beyond the eligible time window
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund timelines depend on the payment provider and usually take 5–7 business days
🚚 Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup availability depends on your location
- If reverse pickup is not available, you may be requested to self-ship the product
